Floral Works & Events by Raphael’s is a full-service floral and event studio based in San Diego, California, servicing San Diego County, as well as Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles Counties. FWE specializes in wedding flowers, bouquets and centerpieces, floral design, event rentals, fine linen, signature lighting and customized decor.
